Arrival and Exam
Please call us when you arrive. An exam room assistant will welcome you and your pet directly into an exam room, skipping the lobby to ease stress.
What to expect during the exam:
- We'll check your pet's weight and temperature at every exam to monitor their health closely.
- You'll be asked about your pet's lifestyle, health history, and any specific concerns. This helps us tailor our care and advice to their needs and yours.
- Your pet will get a thorough exam, from nose to tail, as long as they're comfortable. Afterward, your veterinarian will discuss any health recommendations.
- Should your pet need further tests or treatments, they might stay with us for the day.
- At the end of your visit, the assistant will guide you through any new medications and handle your check-out directly in the exam room.
Payment Policies
Payment is due when services are rendered. We offer estimates for both inpatient and outpatient services upon request. Acceptable payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, and cash. Please note that we don't offer payment plans or accept Care Credit.
