Reception/Customer Service Representative

As a veterinary receptionist, you serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets, playing a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and facilitating smooth operations within the hospital. If promoting client satisfaction, facilitating effective communication, and contributing to the overall success and reputation of the veterinary clinic is your passion, then this is the role for you.

Exam Room Assistant

The exam room assistant serves as a liaison between the veterinarian and the client. Exam room assistants are responsible for the client experience throughout every appointment. If you have an engaging personality, get excited about client education, love processes and systems but are also able to go with the flow, then this is the position for you.

Veterinary Technician

Veterinary technicians are responsible for patient care, surgical assistance, diagnostic procedures, laboratory duties, client education, and many other roles in the hospital. Only the most skilled people perform the duties of this position at Four Paws. To apply for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience working as a veterinary technician in a small animal clinic or be a licensed veterinary technician.

Associate Veterinarian

We're searching for a passionate veterinarian to join our team, someone who thrives in a culture of learning, comprehensive care, and teamwork. Our practice values knowledge, truth, transparency, and effective communication as the pillars of success, both in caring for our patients and working together.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a small animal clinic.
  • Confidence in performing dentistry, basic soft tissue surgery, and medical workups.
  • A bonus if you have a keen interest in animal behavior.

Role Expectations

  • A team player who excels in collaboration and communication.
  • Advocacy for patient welfare and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Leadership skills to guide our support staff.
  • Excellent time management to ensure every patient receives the necessary care.

The Role

  • Full-time position with 4 shifts per week (7:30 am-5:30 pm) and no weekend or on-call duties.
  • Responsibilities include wellness and medical appointments, diagnostic workups, medical procedures, dentistry, and surgery.
