We continue to remain open during our normal business hours and honor all appointments. The health of our clients and their pets is and will always be our top priority. In light of COVID-19, we are offering Curbside Service in order to keep our clients, veterinarians, and staff safe. Here is how it works!
1. Park and Call: When you arrive at the clinic, call 406-542-3838 to check-in. If you are picking up food or medications, a staff member will bring them out to your car. If you are here for an appointment, a veterinary assistant will come out to discuss your concerns and bring your pet inside the clinic for their exam. For your pet's safety, make sure your pet is restrained in a carrier or on a leash.
2. Exam and Phone Consult: Our veterinarians will perform a thorough nose to tail exam inside the building. After the exam, either the veterinarian or veterinary assistant will call you to discuss the exam findings and treatment recommendations. Please make sure your cell phone is charged and turned on during your appointment.
3. Treatment: We wil administer the necessary treatments and prescribe medications. If your pet is hospitalized, we will update you daily on their condition.
4. Send Home: The veterinary assistant will bring your pet out to your car and explain any medications that were prescribed. We have a mobile credit card machine to take payment.
